To improve our service delivery to you, we will be migrating to a new billing system and you will get notified once your account has been migrated. We will be working hard to ensure that the transition is as smooth as possible for you. Below you will find some information on how these changes will affect your subscription with iNet Africa.
New Subscription ID:To allow us to quickly identify your account, each subscription you have connected with us will be assigned a unique subscription ID. This ID will be used as the account name when making payments toward your monthly subscription fees. This will be applicable for both our M-PESA Paybill and while making bank deposits.
Wallet: A wallet will be attached to your subscription. It will allow you to make payments in advance and have any upcoming bill automatically deducted from the wallet balance, so you can prepay for your service and don’t need to go through the hassle of remembering to make payments every month.
Automated Reminder System: For your convenience, we have also integrated the above subscription ID into our automated reminder system. You will now receive automated reminders before your bills are due with all the details needed to renew your subscription.
Payment Extensions: We know that sometimes we all may have challenges and need a little extra time to get on top of our bills. To provide more flexibility for you and keep you connected when you need it, you can contact our team, who can apply an extension to your account at your request.
